So just like everyone else, I got myself a pet. She's a cat. And here's a ( picture ). She's incredibly cute.

This is so fucking cool! I'd never thought I'd see a volcano erupt.

Apparently the only people who like me, happen to be my family. I'm not even sure if some of them like me. And I'm okay with that ha

I'm also really enjoying this weather. It's nice. I'm glad it's not cold anymore. I've been thinking about sleeping outside some nights.

I think I may be affected by the seasons. It might be spring now but I can't wait for summer. It must be sunny almost all the time here. I love it when it's really warm.

I really want to go swimming in the ocean. Or at least when it gets warmer. I have no idea if that is even possible on this ship unless we dock.

I feel like everyone on the boat is suddenly sad or angry. Cut the tension with a butter knife!

I don't think I'll ever get used to being here. It's just all really strange. It's intresting to be here but I do miss home and the fact that I knew what was going on there. And I didn't feel like I was related to almost everyone I met. I have to think and try to figure out if a person is related to me before I can in my head think that they are attractive in more than a platonic way. Terrible I tell you.

And I'm being commisoned to make cupcakes by my sister. Well, I offered. But I would never normally do that. THE SHIP IS CHANGING ME.

It's fairly easy to find cigs and alcohol on the boat. But other things, are harder. If you know what I mean. Haha.

I don't think I've talked to my two namesakes and I think they are both here. So, would a James Potter and a Sirius Black please stand up? Just want to say hi and all. Considering one of you is my grandfather and the other one is my father's godfather who, from stories, seemed like a pretty kick ass kind of person.

I feel like everything is wrong here. Not to say it's not ace that I'm seeing and talking to all these people I've never met before but some things are wrong. I don't like it.

Can some one explain where I am? I'm on a boat. I can tell that much. Boats make me want to puke. Just seeing boats makes me want to puke. The back room of the store usually isn't a boat, so I'm confused. I think I'm going to go puke over the side of the boat.

Family Tree: James and Lily Potter are his grandfather and grandmother respectively. Harry and Ginevra Potter are his father and mother. His two siblings are Albus Severus and Lily Potter.

History: James was the first born son of Harry and Ginny Potter, born seven years after the end of the war. James was an only child for a year and then Albus Severus was born. Being so close in age James had always gotten along well with Albus. When James was four Lily Luna was born. James was happy he had a sister now too. James has always gotten along as well with Lily as he gets along with Albus. James has always been somewhat of a momma's boy too. As much as he loves his father, he loves being with his mother and hearing stories about her large family.

Before Hogwarts James' life was full of family. He hardly had friends out of the family and the one's that we out of the family were close friends of his parents. He spent a lot of his time playing with his brother, sister, and many cousins. As James was growing up, his Uncle George took him under his wing and taught him all about pranks. James took to thinking up pranks even before he went to Hogwarts and would lay them out to prank his brother, mostly.

When James entered Hogwarts the Sorting Hat told him he would be a Gryffindor without second thought. James was delighted at the fact, that people would not be surprised that Harry Potter's son was in another house! When Albus was sorted into Slytherin the next year, he was upset that he wouldn't be able to see his brother as much. Nonetheless James was still happy. James did not care too much for school and only really does the minimum which never put him in good terms with his professors. In his fifth year he stole the Marauder's Map from his father's desk which helped in his constant mischief making. James didn't do terrible on his OWLs but 4 out of seven is hardly great. Sixth year was no more exciting than years past. James was overly excited to finally leave school in his seventh year and barely passed.

After graduating he took a few months off to relax and try to decide what he was going to do for the rest of his life. He never figured it out and instead took a job in muggle London at a record store.

Occupational History: Other than being a student, the only other job he has had has been in a record store.
Goals: To maybe one day find a career. James really doesn't have any goals other than have a good enough job to keep himself afloat.

Appearance: James' appearance is a combination of both his parents. He's stands tall at 6'2'' and weighs 159 pounds. Like his mother he has brown hair and like his father his natural hair color is black. James rarely keeps his hair black for long periods of time. He constantly changes it to red/orange and blond. One reason he does this is to represent the hair colors of his family. Red for almost the whole Weasley family and blond because of Fleur and her children. Normally James never lets his hair grow too far past his ears and he'll either wear it straight or styled. Mostly the reason is because he likes to change his appearance around. Of course he inherited the Weasley freckles though hardly as many as his mother and her siblings had.

James' style would be considered by many to be odd. When dressing casual he dresses a lot like an English school boy. Sometimes he'll wear sequined tops and short shorts. Sometimes he'll wear simple jeans and t-shirts but that does not occur a lot.
Special Abilities/Powers: None.
Personality: James is lazy in things that don't interest him. James also has a hard time sitting still. While in Hogwarts he spent most of his time in class sleeping or trying to make something out of pieces of paper. James has gotten into the habit of not sleeping and only sleeps when things bore him, hence the sleeping in class thing.

James is a loud-mouth and he has a habit of blurting his thoughts out in quick succession to everyone around him. He had been Hogwarts' number one prankster just as his uncles had been. Another unfortunate habit he has is making situations awkward. And Merlin help you if you call James Jim or Jimmy. If there is one thing that really bothers him is those nicknames.
Strengths: He is strong-willed albeit in few things. And he lives true to the Gryffindor standard of being brave. He has a big strength in mischief making too! He is good at Charms too, one of the only classes in Hogwarts he did well in.
Weaknesses: James is loud and lazy. He is confused about what he wants to do with life and would rather spend his days having fun.
Likes: Charms, his family, music, fun, legal and illegal substances, boys and girls, and fancy, expensive food.
Dislikes: School, every magic subject except charms, working a lot, sleeping, and not having anything to do.
Motivation: James hardly has one. To keep himself alive and living a comfortable lifestyle really.
Fears: Being disowned by his family.

Where, eventually, do you see this character going? Do you have any future plans or ideas for what you want to do with your character?: I think maybe having James realize something about himself and his lack of motivation. It would be something that would come gradually though.

My dears, I am quite bored. I believe I have finally come to the point where I can't amuse myself anymore. I am quite tired of being stuck in the castle and I want to move to London. So much more room and space and fun.

I'm bored and you are all boring and everyone in my house is boring. Everyone sleeps too much! SLEEP SLEEP. It's all everyone here does. Dad and Mum yelled at me for going flying at 3 am and told me I can't do that. What else am I supposed to do when everyone is sleeping? Boo, boo, boo, boo!
